The group took initiative and established its first Milk Plant namely SMS Foods Limited, in 1991 at village- Nanauta, Distt.Saharanpur (U.P.) and second milk plant namely M/s.Creamy Foods Limited, at Village-Bartoli. Khurja, Distt.Bulandshahr (UP.) in 1998.
The main objective of both the plants is to collect quality milk through Clean Milk Campaign from Milk producers (about 2.00 lac) through establishing societies at village level (about 5500). Milk is brought from villages through 400 milk routes and it is chilled at Milk Chilling Centers (about 30) installed within the milk shed area before transferring at milk for processing.
Management provides timely and remunerative milk payment @ 10 days basis (thrice in a month) and ensures complete transparency in milk testing done through installing latest computerized AMCUS (Auto Milk collection unit System) comprising systems established at each society.
Company has also installed Compounded Cattle Feed Plant and distributes quality feed to farmers for enhancing milk production.
Both the milk plants are professionally managed and are ISO 22000:2005 Certified and are equipped with State of the Art' dairy machinery where chilled raw milk is received for further processing. Milk is stored at around 4 - 5 °C after pasteurization in insulated tanks and used to manufacture various milk and milk products under 36 STRINGENT QUALITY CONTROL TESTS, adopting Good manufacturing and hygienic practices.
The milk products being manufactured are Milk- all variants, Dahl - Magic, Double Toned Milk Star and Skimed Milk Lite , Paneer, Sweet Lassi, Chhach (plain & spicy) Milk Powders, Pure Desi Ghee (Agmark special Grade) and Dairy Whitener etc.. and are being sold under the Brand name `Nladhusudan, Vasudev and Double Cow (Premium Brand of Skimmed Milk Powder).
There exists Strong dynamic team of Professionals to look after entire networking of sales namely C & F Depot, SOO distributors covering 15 States comprising more than 50000 Retail outlets and backed by the support of our valued customers who consistently demand our quality products.
The milk powders and pure ghee are also being given to the various institutions namely- Reliance, Big Apple, 365 Days, Wall Mart, KB Fair Price, Big Bazar, Food Bazar, 6 to 10 Spar High Per, Aditya Bida, Kendriya Bhandar, Devyani Foods Industries Lltd., Anmol Biscuits, Integrated Tribal Development Authority (ITDA), Civil Supply Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, APDDCF, ITC, etc..
